 Current News

The Neurosurgery Group/Wellness Physical Medicine Center is proud to announce a recent designation by Blue Care Network as a "Low Back Pain Center of Excellence" for 2006 - 2008.

Many facilities submitted applications for consideration. The Neurosurgery Group/Wellness Physical Medicine Center was selected for Southeast Michigan because we meet the rigorous quality criteria required for this distinction. The Low Back Pain Center of Excellence designation indicates to referring physicians and our patients that our facility has demonstrated better outcomes and fewer complications for patients seeking low back pain care. We also have the required infrastructure and processes in place to deliver effective outcomes.

The Low Back Pain Center of Excellence initiative aims to improve access to high-quality low back care by identifying facilities with the most comprehensive treatment services. Effective interventions can help members avoid the risks and potential complications of surgery.

Congratulations to Robert E.M. Ho, MD and Mark Brennan, MD and all the staff at The Neurosurgery Group/Wellness Physical Medicine Center for their continued commitment to provide their patients with compassionate, high quality care.
